This legal notice is intended to regulate access to and use of this website by potential users who are interested in its products.

The courses are exempt from VAT, Article 25, Law 37/1992 of 28 December on VAT regulations.

With regard to the sale of pieces, the corresponding VAT would be applied at the present time.

This website does not collect personal data from users without their knowledge, nor is it transferred to third parties.

The company guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by users and its automated processing in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (Organic Law 15/99, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 994/1999, of 11 June, approving the Regulation on security measures for automated files containing personal data, as well as all applicable regulations in this area).

PAYMENT, RETURN OR CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment for workshop registration must be made by card or bank transfer.

Payment must be made in order to complete workshop registration.

If you are unable to attend the workshop, cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will entitle you to a 50% refund of the registration fee, or a change to another date for the same workshop, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund, but will allow for a change to another workshop, subject to availability.

In both cases, the registered person may transfer their place to another person, provided that the organisation is notified in advance.

The minimum number of participants in the workshops will be 4 people. If this condition is not met, the workshop may be postponed or cancelled, with the amount paid being refunded.

Travel and accommodation recommendation.

As these are in-person workshops, participants are strongly advised to book flights, accommodation and other travel services with cancellation or refund options.
The organization is not responsible for any expenses related to travel, accommodation or other external services booked by the participant, even in the event of course cancellation or modification.
